How to Redeem a Pay Pass?

1. Once you log into your account, click on the "FocusGroup Wallet" from the left side menu:

2. Enter your password to validate and click 'Submit':

3. Click on "eGift Cards" to reach the rewards page:

4. Choose “Pay Pass” from our rewards catalog (Only visible if there is a minimum of 60,000 points):

5. Selected Pay Pass will appear in the bottom left of your screen, enter the amount you want to redeem:

6. Once “Submit” is clicked on, a notification window will appear to confirm a $5 processing fee being deducted from your reward amount:

7. Once “Confirm” is selected, a green toaster message (top right pop up) will appear confirming that your redemption was successful. An email confirmation will also be automatically sent to your email to confirm that we have received the redemption request:

8. After your redemption is processed from our end, you will receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. Click “Redeem My Reward” to access all available Pay Pass redemption options. You can choose one of the following three options, 

   1. Bank Transfer  
   2. PayPal 
   3. Venmo 

9. You will be taken to a screen where you can choose which option you are going ahead with, i.e., PayPal, Bank Transfer or Venmo. Once decided, click "Select" on the chosen option:
