How to Redeem PayPal via Pay Pass?

After you have redeemed for a Pay Pass reward against your available points, you will receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. Click “Redeem My Reward” to access all available Pay Pass redemption options. Choose "PayPal" by clicking "Select".

1. Once you select “PayPal” and click “Submit”, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will see the $5 fee has been deducted, once you confirm your selection, you will not be able to make any changes, and the $5 fee is irreversible .

If you are an existing PayPal user 

• The email address you received this reward from will be auto-populated into the PayPal Email Address. This should be the email address associated with your PayPal account. If this is correct, click "Confirm".

  If the email address shown is NOT associated with your PayPal account, you can create a new one, to know how to do it, click here.

• You will receive a PayPal email confirmation from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com, then click “Go To My Account” 

• On the PayPal login page, enter your ‘Email Address or Phone Number’ and ‘Password’, click “Log In”. 

• Once logged in, click on “Home” to check the status of your PayPal Transfer Confirmation 

If you are a new PayPal user 

• If you don’t have a PayPal account associated with the email address you provided, then you will receive an email from service@paypal.com. To claim your reward, click on “Claim Your Money” 

• Create new PayPal account by selecting your ‘Country/Region’, entering your ‘Phone Number’ (a code will be sent to confirm your number), ‘Email Address’, and click “Create Your PayPal Password” 

• You will have the option to link a new or different email to your account 
• Once logged in, click on “Home” to check the status of your PayPal Transfer Confirmation
