How to Redeem Bank Transfer via Pay Pass?
After you have redeemed for a Pay Pass reward with your available points, you will receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. Click “Redeem My Reward” to access all available Pay Pass redemption options. Choose "Bank Transfer" by clicking "Select".
- Once you select “Bank Transfer” and click “Submit”, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will see the $5 fee has been deducted, once you confirm your selection, you will not be able to make any changes, and the $5 fee is irreversible.
- You will now get your unique reward code, copy it and click "Activate My Payout":
3. You will be redirected to the Virtual Reward Center, enter your code here, select 'I'm not a robot' and click "Submit":
- Enter your registered email address with Virtual Reward Center, if you do not have that created, click here to know how to go ahead:
If you have an existing account
- Enter your password and click “Next”. If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot My Password”
- Forgot Password: Enter your email address, select “I am not a robot” in the reCAPTCHA box, and click “Send Reset Email”
If you are creating a new account
- Re-enter your email address and create your password, then click “Next”
- On the Contact Information page, fill in your contact details and click “Next”.
- Confirm your ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Mobile Phone Number’, click “Next”.
- Confirm that all the information is correct and agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Finish”.
- Enter the “Verification Code” sent to your email from cardholder@virtualrewardcenter.com, click “Submit”:
- You will receive an “Account Creation” confirmation email. Click “Login” for account balance and transaction history
Identity Verification
- When you log in you will need to verify your identity. This step is required each time a Bank Transfer is selected for security purposes. Accurate information is required here to ensure the verification process can be successfully completed. Enter your ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Date of Birth’, and the ‘Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number’. Then click “Next”
- Provide the details of your desired payout destination
- If you select “Add A Bank”, enter your ‘Account Number’ and ‘Routing Number’ (make sure to add ACH routing number, Wire routing numbers are not accepted), then click “Next”
- If you select “Add A Card”, enter your ‘16 Digit Card Number’, ‘Expiration Date’, and ‘3 Digit Security Code’, then click “Next”
- You will then be taken to a page showing you the status of the identity verification, an email will be sent from cardholder@virtualrewardcenter.com notifying you that your identity verification is in progress.
- Once the identity verification is complete you will receive an email from cardholder@virtualrewardcenter.com. In case of “Identity Verification Failure”, you will receive an email advising you to contact paymentsupport@virtualrewardcenter.com to assist you with the identity verification process
- Shortly after you receive the email notifying you that the identity verification has been successfully completed, you will see your transaction details in your Virtual Reward Center account. Please note that this might take 1-2 business days to reflect in your bank account.
