Ambassador Program Rules

Eligible Referrals 

• Referrals must be new Focus Group members. 
• Referrals must join using your unique referral link. 
• Referrals must meet the study requirements and successfully qualify and complete the study. 

Referral Bonus 

• You will earn per unique referral that qualifies for and participates in an eligible study. 
• A referred participant can only generate one referral bonus for you. 
• If the same referred participant qualifies for multiple studies in the future, no additional referral bonuses will be awarded for that individual. 

Unlimited Referrals 

• There is no cap on the number of people you can refer. 
• You may earn referral bonuses for as many unique qualifying participants as you bring to the panel. 

Good-Faith Participation 

• Referrals must be genuine individuals interested in participating in research. 
• Duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in removal from the Ambassador Program and forfeiture of bonuses. 
• Focus Group reserves the right to verify referral activity before issuing rewards. 

Bonus Payments 

• Referral bonuses will be issued only after the referred participant has successfully completed participation requirements for the eligible study. 
• Processing times may vary depending on study completion and verification. 

Right to Modify 

• Focus Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time. Bonus eligibility is subject to referral verification and study participation requirements.
