How to Redeem Venmo via Pay Pass?

After you have redeemed for a Pay Pass reward against your available points, you will receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. Click “Redeem My Reward” to access all available Pay Pass redemption options. Choose "Venmo" by clicking "Select".

1. Once you select “Venmo” and click “Submit”, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will see the $5 fee has been deducted, once you confirm your selection, you will not be able to make any changes, and the $5 fee is irreversible 

2. Enter your ‘Venmo Phone Number’ associated with your Venmo account and click “Confirm” 

3. You will receive a ‘Venmo Phone Number’ confirmation email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com, click ‘Go To My Account’ 

4. If you login from a new device, you will need to confirm your identity. To confirm your identity, enter the ‘Venmo Code’ that was sent to your phone number and click “Confirm It” 

5. You will receive confirmation in the Venmo app once your payout has been received
