How to redeem your points?

Focus Group/Focus Group Health Panelists:

You control when and how you want to redeem your Focus Group Rewards Points. Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them by logging in to your account,

1. Select the "FocusGroup Wallet" tab on the left side of the screen:

2. Enter your password to complete the validation request, then click "Submit":

3. Select eGift Card to access all the available options to choose from, or select the small arrow:

4. Choose the eGift Card that you would like to redeem your points for, from our rewards catalog:

5. Your selected eGift Card will appear in the bottom left of your screen, select the amount you would like to redeem by selecting the arrows to lower or higher the amount you want to redeem; then click "Submit":

6. You will receive confirmation that the request was successful in the top right of your screen!

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your virtual gift card code. The e-mail will be sent from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com.

Please note that processing may take up to 4-6 weeks during high volume periods. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days if a physical card is selected. All other reward choices will be delivered by email. If you do not receive your e-mail with your code, please submit a support ticket.



Focus Group Wallet Incentive Payments for Non-Panelists

You will need to log in to https://schlesingerwallet.com/ to claim your non-panelist Focus Group Wallet incentive payment.

Your User Name is the email address that you provided to us prior to participating in the study 

(and is the same email address where you will receive payment notifications from us).


First Time Visiting Focus Group Wallet:

  1. Click the Forgot Password link below the User Name and Password fields
  2. When prompted, enter the email address that is your user name (as described above) and click the Send Email button
  3. The password reset message should arrive in your mailbox within a few minutes. Please make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.

    Click the link in the password reset message and follow the instructions to create your password.

After you have successfully logged in to the Focus Group Wallet website, you can modify your 

account information and claim your incentive.

Note: If you intend to redeem a physical Visa card, you will need to provide a mailing address in your Account Information so the card can be mailed to you.


Select Account Information on the left side of the screen to open the My Account page

Click the My Address tab to either Add a New Address or update an existing address

Enter your address details, then click Update to save


To claim your incentive:

1. Select the FocusGroup Wallet tab on the left side of the screen and enter your Password to complete the validation request, then click Submit:

3. Select eGift Cards to access all the available options to choose from:

4. Click the eGift Card that you would like to redeem from our rewards catalog. Make sure to scroll down the page to view all the available options. Specify the dollar value you would like your card to contain, then click Submit:

6. You will receive confirmation that the request was successful in the top right of your screen!

7. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your reward. The e-mail will be sent from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com.

Please note that processing may take up to 4-6 weeks during high volume periods. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days if a physical card is selected. All other reward choices will be delivered by email. If you do not receive your e-mail with your virtual gift code, please submit a support ticket. There is a 90-day expiry on the activation code from the day you receive this email. If you have not received this email within 6 weeks of your reward request, please submit a support ticket.
