Can’t redeem points – what to check

If you're having trouble redeeming your points, here are a few common issues to look out for:

• Not enough points: You need at least 500 points to start redeeming.
• Using a non-whole number: Virtual gift cards are only available in whole dollar amounts. For example, if you have 1,522 points, enter 15 (not 1522) to redeem $15.
• Gift card unavailable: If the card you want is temporarily out of stock, you’ll see a message like “Sorry this is not available.” You can either choose a different card or try again later — most cards become available again within 24 hours.
