When will I get my participation points?

The time it takes to receive your incentive depends on the type of study and the reward being offered. Points are typically credited to your FocusGroup Wallet within 4 business days after the study closes and all participants have completed their sessions.

In some cases, especially if a study remains open longer than expected, it may take up to 1–2 weeks for points to appear in your account. If your email invitation or the study details mention a different timeline, follow that guidance.

You can redeem your points for a variety of digital gift cards or a physical Visa card (100 points = $1).

If it’s been more than 2 weeks and you haven’t received your points, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
