Do points expire?

Your Focus Group points do not expire as long as you remain an active member. To stay active, you must participate in at least one survey or session (online or in-person) each year.

While your points remain valid, the gift cards you redeem may have expiration terms:

• Physical Visa cards must be used within 1 year of the issue date. The expiration date is printed on the card.
• Digital gift cards are delivered via email with the link to your reward. The e-mail will contain a sentence below the Redeem button that lets you know how long you have to use the gift card balance. Once a reward has expired it cannot be reissued. 

To avoid losing rewards, be sure to use them before they expire.
