Didn’t get your appointment confirmation email?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, follow the steps below to check your inbox, spam folder, and request a resend if needed.
- Search your inbox and spam/ junk folder for an email from “participate@focusgroup.com.”
- If you have not received a confrmation email, contact help@focusgroup.com. Include the study number from your survey invitation email so your request can be directed to the correct person.
Confirm Participation
- To confirm your participation, please open your confirmation email that was sent within 3 days of the study date. You may have received a separate confirmation email more than 3 days before the study- that one cannot be used to confirm participation.
Details about the project, special instructions and your appointment time will be displayed when you click on the link in the confirmation email. Please click on “Yes, I will participate (Confirm)" button:
- You will be prompted to select "OK" to verify you will be participating in the event.
