Get directions to appointment locations

Need help finding your appointment location? Follow the steps below to get directions and ensure you arrive on time.


  1. Open the confirmation email you received from Focus Group

  2. Click on the link provided in the confirmation email, the page below will open in your browser window:

  3. Click on the "Directions and Parking" link listed under the event address for directions and parking information for the location

  4. A new window will appear with detailed directions to the event location (parking direction will also show here if there are any):
