Survey won’t open – troubleshooting tips
If your survey won’t open, it may be due to a temporary technical issue or a compatibility problem with your device or browser. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
✅ Basic Troubleshooting:
- Close the survey completely, then try reopening it.
- Turn off your pop-up blocker in your browser settings.
- Clear your cookies and cache (see How to Clear Cookies for help).
- Try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
- Download or update Adobe Flash Player (if required): https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
⚠️ Additional Considerations:
- Internet security settings may block the survey—especially on work or school networks.
- If you're using a mobile device, the survey may not be compatible. Try accessing it from a desktop or laptop instead.
