Add us to your safe sender list

To make sure you receive important emails from us—like survey invitations, confirmations, and reward notifications—please add survey@focusgroup.com, help@focusgroup.com, participate@focusgroup.com, and reward@virtualrewardcenter.com to your safe sender list or address book.

Below are instructions for the most common email providers.

✅ Popular Email Provider:

• Gmail: Mark our email as “Not Spam” and add us to your Contacts.
• Yahoo! Mail: Mark as “Not Spam,” remove from Blocked Addresses, and create a filter.
• AOL (Webmail & Client): Add us to your Address Book and mark messages as “Not Spam.”
• Hotmail / Outlook.com: Add us to your Safe List and remove from Blocked Senders.
• Microsoft Outlook (Desktop): Add us to your Safe Senders list via Junk Email settings.
• Mozilla Thunderbird: Add us to your Address Book and adjust Junk Mail Controls.
• Apple Mail (macOS): Mark as “Not Junk” and create a rule to move our emails to your Inbox.
• BlackBerry: Copy our email address and save it to your Contacts.
• Comcast Email: Add us to your Address Book and allow emails if using restrictions.
• Earthlink: Add us to your Address Book to avoid the “Suspect Email” folder.
• Verizon.net: Add us as a contact and save the entry.
• AT&T: Use the “Save Address” link in the email and add to Contacts.
