Can’t see or hear survey content
Some surveys require specific technology to display or play content correctly. If you're unable to see images or hear audio, it may be due to:
- Missing or outdated hardware (e.g., no sound card)
- Slow or unstable internet connection
- Browser compatibility issues
- Temporary technical issues on our end
Unfortunately, if your device doesn’t meet the technical requirements, you may not be able to complete that particular survey.
