Sometimes, technical issues can prevent a survey from loading or cause it to stop unexpectedly. This may be due to a temporary glitch or because your device doesn’t meet the technical requirements—such as needing a sound card, Adobe Flash, or a stable internet connection.

✅ Try These Steps:

  • Try opening the survey in a different web browser
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Download or update Adobe Flash Player (if required):
