Survey restarts every time - what to do
If your survey keeps restarting from the beginning, it may be due to a technical glitch or an issue during the redirect process at the end of the survey.
This can sometimes happen if:
- Your browser blocks cookies or session data
- You lose internet connection during the survey
- The survey link is opened in multiple tabs or devices
Unfortunately, if the survey doesn’t register your completion, we may not be able to recover your progress.
