Understanding the confirmation process

We’ve streamlined our confirmation process to make it easier for you to stay informed and prepared for your upcoming study.


1. Enrollment & Confirmation Message

Once you’ve spoken with one of our recruiters and are enrolled in a study, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a text message (if opted in) with all the study details—such as date, time, location, links, and any special instructions.

2. Confirming or Canceling Participation

  • The “Yes, I will Participate (Confirm)” button will appear on your confirmation detail page 3 days before your scheduled session.
  • The “No, I am not available” button is always available if you need to cancel.
  • To reschedule, click “No, I am not available” and leave a comment. A recruiter will contact you by phone or email if other times are available.

3. Booked More Than 3 Days in Advance?

No need to set a reminder—we’ll send you another email and text (if opted in) 2 days before your session. At that time, you can confirm using the “Yes, I will Participate (Confirm)” button.

4. Booked Within 3 Days?

You’ll be able to confirm your participation directly from the first confirmation email you receive.

5. What Happens After You Confirm

Once you confirm using the button, you will not receive a reminder call from our team.

If you don’t confirm, a team member will follow up with a reminder call.
