Cancel your membership
You can reduce the number of emails you receive or cancel your membership from our community. If you are looking to delete your account, you can certainly do so by submitting a request.
If you are looking to reduce the number of emails you receive, you can log in to your account and click on ‘Account Information’ then ‘Communication Preferences’. Click the edit icon next to your email address to change the number of emails you receive per day.
If you'd like to fully cancel your membership, you can do so by clicking Unsubscribe from our emails at any time. If you would like to do so from your account, you can follow the steps below.
By unsubscribing/cancelling your membership we will unsubscribe you from the community. You can expect the following:
- You will no longer receive any study/survey invitations from us
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- This will result in the forfeiture of any accumulated points in your account

Steps to fully cancel your membership from your account:
- Log in to your account and select "Account Information" tab on the left side of the page:

- Under "My Account" tab you will see a red button that reads "Unsubscribe", click it:

- Select or enter your reason for unsubscribing from the dropdown, then click the "Unsubscribe" button:
