Change your contact details

Need to update your phone number, address, or other contact info? Follow the steps below to keep your account details current.

1. After you log into your account on FocusGroup.com and click on the "Account Information" tab on the left side of your screen:

2. Click on the "Communication Preference" tab at the top and under 'My Contact Info' click on the edit icon next to your phone number to update it:

3. Once updated, click tick icon to save it, you will receive a "Updated Successfully" message, in the top right corner of your page
