How to sign up for a membership

Becoming a member is quick and easy, it only takes a few minutes. You’ll be guided through creating a personal login and password, and asked to provide some basic information about yourself to help match you with relevant studies. Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

1. Visit https://www.focusgroup.com/ and select the "Join" tab at the top of the page to get started

2. Enter in the required information in the registration form. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:

3. Enter in the additional required information in the registration form. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:

4. Enter in the additional required sign-in information, and upload a valid form of ID. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:

5. Enter in the additional required profile information in the registration form. When you are finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page:

6. Complete the sign-in survey, and the Captcha form. When you are finished, you will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions. After reviewing the Terms, please click the "I agree" box and hit "Submit":

7. You will receive a "Thank you" response to confirm your registration.
8. You will receive a confirmation email from survey@focusgroup.com. Please add us to your e-mail safe sender list. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, click on the link provided to confirm your registration:

9. Your account is now active! Click on "Login" to complete your profile and view a list of surveys available to you. We look forward to welcoming you to the Community!
