Why can’t I log in after registering?

If you're having trouble logging in after registering, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:

1. Incorrect Community URL

We have two separate communities—Consumer and Healthcare. Make sure you're using the correct login link:

Using the wrong URL will prevent you from accessing your account.

2. Account Not Confirmed

After registering, you should receive a confirmation email from survey@focusgroup.com. If you haven’t clicked the confirmation link in that email, your account won’t be active yet.

  • If you require another email to verify your email address with us, please go to the login page and click 'Verify Email'

3. Incorrect Password

If your community and confirmation are correct, the issue may be your password. You can reset it by clicking on the 'Forgot Password?' on the login page.
